Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We get it — life happens. We do not charge a cancellation fee for occasional changes.
To keep our schedule fair for all guests (and our team), the following applies:
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you must call us.
Changes made within 24 hours by text, DM, email, or online request may be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged.
When fees may apply
You may be charged if you:
No-show (miss your appointment without notice), or
Repeatedly cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or
Have a pattern of last-minute changes that prevents us from filling the time.
Fee amount
If a fee applies, we may charge the card on file as follows:
Late cancellations (within 24 hours): up to 50% of the scheduled service total
No-shows: up to 100% of the scheduled service total for repeated no-shows
Arrival timing
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule, and the full service price may still apply.
