Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We get it — life happens. We do not charge a cancellation fee for occasional changes.

To keep our schedule fair for all guests (and our team), the following applies:

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you must call us.

    • Changes made within 24 hours by text, DM, email, or online request may be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged.

When fees may apply

You may be charged if you:

  • No-show (miss your appointment without notice), or

  • Repeatedly cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or

  • Have a pattern of last-minute changes that prevents us from filling the time.

Fee amount

If a fee applies, we may charge the card on file as follows:

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours): up to 50% of the scheduled service total

  • No-shows: up to 100% of the scheduled service total for repeated no-shows

Arrival timing

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule, and the full service price may still apply.

 

5-Day Gel Guarantee

We proudly stand behind our work. If your gel polish chips, lifts, or peels due to application issues within 5 days of your appointment, we’ll fix it at no charge.

 

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 5 days of your service.

  • Please send clear photos in natural light of the affected nail(s) before your repair visit.

  • Repairs must be scheduled within 7 days of contacting us.

What’s covered:

  • Gel chipping/lifting/peeling due to application issues.

  • Fixes are limited to the affected nails only.

What’s not covered:

  • “I changed my mind” / preference changes (shape, color, design).

  • Damage from impact, picking/biting, using nails as tools, chemical exposure, or heavy wear (cleaning chemicals, gardening, moving, etc.).

  • Breaks/cracks of the natural nail or extensions.

  • Services done elsewhere after your appointment.

Multiple nails:

If 3+ nails are affected, we may ask you to come in for a quick assessment to determine cause (application vs damage) before confirming a complimentary fix.

This guarantee applies only to the following services: gel polish, builder gel/structured gel, polygel, and Gel-X.

It does not apply to regular (non-gel) polish services, including standard polish manicures/pedicures, as regular polish wear time varies by lifestyle and is not guaranteed.
